Tramp Stamp?

What do guys really think about your tattoo? Are they really considered tramp stamps? I asked a few guys and most of them came to the same conclusion, "I don't like tattoos near the face or neck, because I want to see the girls sexy face completely uncovered. A few tattoos elsewhere on a girl are fine. I don't want them to dominate her body, because I want to see her beautiful skin, I'd say a girl should have no more than 10% of her skin covered." While theres other guys that love girls with a ton of tattoos like Kat Von D. Will we ever know when its to much for a guy?
